DIAMOND ALIGNMENT ACTIVATION

DID YOU SIGN UP WITH A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS?

Please open the "Welcome" email that was sent after you signed up.
This email will have a new automated password that you must use to log in.

After logging in, you can change the new automated password with your old one or one that you prefer, by following these instructions:
  1. Log in with the email address you used when purchasing and the new automated password in the Welcome email.
  2. After logging in, click the downward arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the Welcome page.
  3. Choose "My Profile" in the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down through your Personal Profile to where your current Password is and make the change there.
  5. Be sure to click "UPDATE PROFILE" located on the bottom left of the page to save your changes.
Once you login with your email address and chosen password a few times, the system will automatically remember your information and you will be taken directly to the Welcome page where you can click the "ENTER" button and be taken right into the Golden Blast and your 6-minute Diamond Activation.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
  1. Go to: www.DiamondAlignment.com and click "LOGIN" in upper right of Home page.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you purchased.
  3. Click "Forgot password" below the Login information box.
  4. An email with a temporary password will be sent to you at your email address.
  5. Copy and paste (or type) this password into the password blank on the login page.
NOTE: After logging in, you may change the temporary password by going to "My Profile", as follows:
  1. In the top right of the "Welcome" page, you will see your name. Click the downward pointing arrow next to your name.
  2. Choose "My Profile" in the drop-down menu.
  3. Scroll down through your Personal Profile to where your current Password is and make the change there.
  4. Be sure to click "UPDATE PROFILE" located on the bottom left of the page.
Once you login with your email address and chosen password a few times, the system will automatically remember your information and you will be taken directly to the Welcome page where you can click the "ENTER" button and be taken right into the Golden Blast and your 6-minute Diamond Activation.

DID YOU RECEIVE OUR "WELCOME" EMAIL WITH YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION?

Our "Welcome" email has the temporary password and login information to access the 6-minute Diamond Alignment Activation.

If you did not receive our Welcome email, your email filter is most likely not allowing our "Welcome" email to be delivered to your Inbox:
  1. Check your Junk Mail folder to see if our emails landed there. If our email is there, please move this email to your "INBOX".
  2. You must add @DiamondAlignment.com. and @Infusionmail.com to your "Safe Sender" list so that your email filter will allow Diamond Alignment emails to reach your Inbox in the future.
In the meantime, you can access the 6-Minute Diamond Activation now by following the "Immediate Access" instructions below. (This will NOT address the problem of your email filter allowing Diamond Alignment emails to reach your inbox. You will still need to do #2 above to ensure you receive future emails from us.)

Immediate Access to the 6-Minute Diamond Activation:
  1. Go to DiamondAlignment.com. Click "LOG IN" in top right corner.
  2. Enter your Username (the email address you used to purchase) and click the "Forgot password" below the Login information box. You will be sent a temporary automated password via email.
NOTE: After logging in, you may change your temporary password by doing the following: Once you login with your email address and chosen password a few times, the system will automatically remember your information and you will be taken directly to the Welcome page where you can click the "ENTER" button and be taken right into the Golden Blast and your 6-minute Diamond Activation.

DID YOU OPEN YOUR "WELCOME" EMAIL FROM DIAMOND ALIGNMENT?

You were sent a "Welcome" email from Diamond Alignment. This email contains your Username (the email address you used when you purchased), temporary password and login instructions.

Please look for this email in your inbox or Junk mail/Spam folder ... just in case.

Once you find this email ... To log in, please: NOTE: If, for some reason, your newly assigned password does not work to log you in, or you cannot find your "Welcome" email, please enter your Username (email address you used to purchase) and click the "forgot password" link below the Login information box. You will be sent a temporary automated password.

After logging in, you may change your temporary password by doing the following: Once you login with your email address and chosen password a few times, the system will automatically remember your information and you will be taken directly to the Welcome page where you can click the "ENTER" button and be taken right into the Golden Blast and your 6-minute Diamond Activation.

HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US? MAYBE YOUR PURCHASE DID NOT GO THROUGH!

Please send the exact name and email address that you purchased your new Subscription with and your receipt from Diamond Alignment to Support@DiamondAlignment.com

If there is no receipt this means your order did not complete and you will need to purchase again at: https://www.diamondalignment.com/store/subscription.html

CANNOT ENTER THE "FREE TRIAL"?

If you have made a number of unsuccessful attempts to sign up for a 15-Day Free Trial, the reason you cannot log in is most likely that the Free Trial is meant to be a one-time only offer... to allow people new to Diamond Alignment to "taste" the Diamond Alignment Activation and the Diamond Energy.

Since you may have already experienced the Diamond Alignment Activation in a previous Free Trial or as a "Premium Diamond Connection" subscriber, our system automatically does not process your signup form.

We hope you will consider re-connecting with the Worldwide Diamond Grid as a subscriber.

HAVING TECH/COMPUTER PROBLEMS? (E.G., BLACK SCREEN, NO SOUND, 6-MINUTE EXPERIENCE SEEMS STUCK, ETC.)

You may need to "clear your cache".

But first, please try restarting your computer to see if a simple reboot fixes the problem (which it often does!)

If rebooting your computer does not fix the problem, please do the following:
  1. Clear the cache/cookies on your computer.If you do not know how to do this, this site gives directions for clearing cache:

  2. Restart your computer.
  3. After clearing your cache & rebooting your computer, please "refresh" the browser you are using to access the page that you were having a problem with.
If none of the above works for your situation ...
  1. You may need to update the operating system of your computer and/or phone ... and all software.
  2. Call your Internet provider to check the speed of your Internet connection. (We know that 1000MBPS works well)
  3. You may need to update your operating system/software to run at a faster Internet speed to be in sync with the high-frequency Transmissions delivered by the Multidimensional Diamond Technology.
