"Flash" (our old platform for the 6-Minute Diamond Activation) will no longer be supported by any browsers by the end of 2020. They call it "END OF LIFE" in the Internet world. If we didn't UPGRADE, there would be NO 6-Minute Diamond Alignment Activation for anyone.
Rest assured we will get everything working beautifully in the end - as we always do.
The LOG IN process and all other activity on the New Platform are going to get much smoother once we get through the migration of existing customers! We encourage Diamond Patience. I just signed up for the 12-month subscription to the 6-Minute Activation. In reviewing my order I noticed a zero in the balance/charge column. Was this something that rang up incorrectly? No worries. There is nothing wrong.
You are seeing $0.00 on your receipt to indicate that, after purchasing your NEW subscription, the remaining days from your account on the old platform have been transferred to the NEW Platform. The charge to your credit card will occur AFTER the remaining days from your old account are used up. I have upgraded my subscription. Where can I find the remaining days that were in my old account? The new system works a bit differently than the old system ... you won't be seeing your "days remaining" on the Greetings page like you did before.
HOW IT WORKS (FOR NEW MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS)
In the old system, 365 days were put into your account "up-front" on the day of purchase, and you paid down the full year in monthly installments. As the days were used up, you also saw the "days remaining" on the Greetings page go down each day. This will no longer happen.
Instead, the NEW system is pay-as-you-go.
Each month, you will pay $15 for the month (30 days) ahead. You won't be accumulating days as you did before. (You may cancel anytime.)
Please be aware that PREPAID days remaining in your old account will be transferred to your New account. I think I have upgraded. I can't LOG IN. It sounds like you did not receive our "Welcome" email with your new login information.
Please check your "Spam/Junk" folder AND add DiamondAlignment.com to your Safe Sender list to receive important Diamond emails about your New Subscription.
Please use the following instructions to log in to the new Platform:
- Go to DiamondAlignment.com
- Click "LOG IN" at top right of page
- Under "Existing Subscribers": Click LOG IN HERE (After "If you have upgraded since September 26th")
- Log in with your Username (the email address that you signed up with)
- Click the "forgot password" link on the login page. Then, follow the instructions to reset your password.
It appears you did not open this email, which contains many important details you will need to know about. Please check for it in your spam or junk mail folder, and read it in its entirety.
To Log In to the New Platform, you will see in this email:
- A big magenta button that will automatically log you in to the new Diamond Portal to access the 6-Minute Activation.
- Your new Username (the email address you used when you purchased) and a temporary password (You may change it after logging in.)
- The second time you log in, you will need to copy and paste this temporary password.
- Go to DiamondAlignment.com
- Click "LOG IN" at top right of page
- Under "Existing Subscribers": Click LOG IN HERE (After "If you have upgraded since September 26th")
- Log in with your Username (the email address that you purchased with)
- Click the "forgot password" link on the login page. Then, follow the instructions to reset your password.
You will need to sign up for a New "Premium Diamond Connection" Subscription to continue your Daily Diamond Alignment Activations on the New Platform. How do I sign up for a new subscription on the New "Flash-Free" Platform? To sign up:

As far as choosing a version ... the old version of the 6-minute Diamond Activation relied on Flash technology, and is no longer available as an option. The New "Flash-Free" Platform is the only version there is. I logged in with my email address for the first time on the New Platform, but it does not recognize my email. You must log in with the email address you used when you purchased your new subscription. If you do not remember which email address you used, please contact Support@DiamondAlignment.com I have a fully paid subscription which I updated according to the recent instructions. I am still unable to log in to the 6-minute Activation. It just puts me back into signing up again. Any suggestions? I will do that after the 209 days have passed. Starting September 26th, 2020, the old version of the 6-minute Diamond Activation, which relied on Flash technology, is no longer available as an option. We are now only offering the New "Flash-free" version.
The only way to continue your daily online Diamond Alignments is to sign up for a New Premium Diamond Connection Subscription. Please be assured that the PREPAID days you have remaining in your old account will be transferred to your New account. I can't remember my password.

When you have logged in, your name will appear next to a downward-pointing arrow in the upper right corner of the "Welcome" page. - Click that arrow and choose "My Profile" in the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down through your Personal Profile to where your current Password is and make the change there.
- Be sure to click "UPDATE PROFILE" located on the bottom left of the page.
We first recommend that you "reboot" your computer, by shutting down your computer for 30 seconds and then re-starting it.
If this doesn't resolve the problem (that is, if the "LOG IN" link does not take you to the New "UPGRADE Instructions" page) ... then we recommend "clearing your cache". Here is an article with instructions. Please let us know how it works for you.
